By The Pound Desserts is rooted in the joy of homemade baking and the comfort that comes from sharing something made with care. Each week, I prepare small‑batch treats such as lemon pound cakes, chocolate croissants, bread pudding, rice pudding, cinnamon rolls, and a variety of scones, tarts, and pastries. My kitchen is always filled with the aroma of banana nut bread, red velvet cake, custom cakes, and soft sweet rolls, along with assorted pies and cobblers that bring a touch of tradition to the table.
I also welcome special and custom orders, offering gluten‑free, sugar‑free, and vegan options so everyone can enjoy a dessert that feels made just for them.
Customers can check weekly to see what will be available at the market, as the menu changes with the season and the inspiration of the week.

At Beriecroft Farm we produce a variety of jellies, jams and preserves including traditional, no sugar added, floral and historical lines (please see product listing below). We also will have seasonal produce – fresh herbs, berries, fruit, nuts straight from our farm on Ladysmith Road. Our products are all hand-made by us in small batches or individually, so availability varies.
Traditional: Apple and Orange Marmalade, Apple Butter, Apple Jelly, Apple Syrup, Autumn Olive Jelly, Blackberry Jam, Elderberry Jelly, Muscadine Jelly, Pumpkin Butter, Scuppernong Jelly, Somer Berie Gele (a mulberry, cranberry, elderberry and cherry blend), Spiced Orange and Fig Preserves

Historical: Membrillo (from a 15th Century Portuguese recipe), Plum Sauce (from a 15th Century Bavarian recipe)
As availability allows: Clover (a new floral flavor!), additional no sugar added and sugar-free products, cherry butter, hot and other wonderful sauces, additional historical preserves (as research discovers more recipes), herbal teas, produce (herbs, berries, fruit, nuts), cut flowers

We are a family-owned and operated cattle farm. We sell grass-fed, grain-finished quality beef. We offer individual cuts, halves and whole cows. We also sell whipped tallow balm and cooking tallow. We offer several flavors of homemade jams, apple butter and zucchini relish.

Bakehouse Lane, LLC is a small cottage food business run out of our personal home. Currently, we offer a large variety of jumbo cookies, and these range from 5oz to 6oz before any toppings are placed on them. We do make specialty cookies, such as gluten-free and sugar-free; these are normal drop cookie size and not jumbo. We have a variety of flavor combinations and are open to new suggestions as well.
Our goal is to offer each neighbor, visitor, and friend a short escape to bring back a memory or even create a new one with each jumbo cookie that is produced. So come on by, say hi, bring your family and create a new tradition. We look forward to seeing you!
